Here you find an overview about the poster locations at the venue. We have basically two sites. The ground floor, close to the main entrance and the first floor, where we will have our lunch. Each poster is marked with an organizational number like A1, A2,… etc. and the locations are marked in the picture below:
We will have two poster sessions. One at Monday afternoon and one at Tuesday afternoon. The concept is to have your poster shown on both days. So you set them up on Monday and take them down latest Wednesday before 13.00. In this way the audience will have the opportunity to see all the poster contributions in good time and will have the opportunity to talk to the presenters at any day of the conference.
